1. We don't sell or distribute your information ouside the scope of our business. If you are wanting us to submit your information to directories, then obviously, we do on your behalf. 

2. Dotson Digital is not a one-man show. While we will handle a large majority of the work, we do work with other US based Digital Agencies that are contracted to help us finish our job on-time and to utilize a specialty with another agency to drive better results.

3. Although there is no NDA (Non-disclosure Agreement) with our service, we do not share any keywords, tracking, analytics or other service provided with other companies. 

We operate with agency licenses from companies like Ahrefs, SEMRush, Moz, etc for accurate keyword targeting and reports.

No. If we dont vet them, we can't use them. Dotson Digital has a process to vet every agency we use. As of this writing, we use three different certified agencies that we have built relationships with over the past few years.

We will start with a simple, no commitment, call over Zoom or the phone. Once we finish, Dotson Digital will begin to compile the information, competitor research and work that needs to be completed. We will also start the on-boarding process so you and your team can access the dashboard. It will take about a week to gather the info and the team to get the job completed. A good estimate is 5 to 10 business days.

As a general policy, no. Once your initial payment is made, we begin to invest it on the right tools, time and paying our team members for work getting performed. Our team works by the job, not by the hour.

If we have cancelled our work together and you were charged due to not cancelling the monthly payment, or in error, of course a refund will be given within 5 business days without question.

At least once per week. I'll reach out to you monthly about reporting and invoicing questions. We are available during business hours for questions, recommendations and concerns. 

No, and anyone offering that is a giant red flag to step back and think about who you are dealing with. No one except for Google and Bing knows exactly what those metrics are, and they change with every update.

If someone is offering you a #1 spot, then it is usually going to be some long nebulous keyword, like "plumber on Bay street savannah ga" that you were probably already ranking for.

All monthly services are billed 30 days from the initial start date (after the initial setup) and will charge every month on that same day.
